The BSHA Annual Meeting will be held on:

Please mail, fax or bring executed member's proxy to meeting to ensure a quorum.

As required by statute, BSHA holds an Annual Meeting of all Homeowners during which the Board reports on operational and budgetary matters of the past year, as well as plans for the coming year. This includes the election of Directors of the Association if appropriate and provides the platform for general discussions between BSHA Homeowners and the Board. The annual budget is approved and the assessment rate is set (per statute a vote on assessment rates is required only if an increase of greater than 10% is proposed). The Annual Meeting is usually held in November.

Please be sure to attend.

The Annual Meeting of Members this year is for the purpose of electing one (1) Director to the Board for a two-year term and to review the 2009 Assessment and Expenditure Budget.

 

A quorum of one-tenth (1/10) of members is required to hold this election of Directors at the Annual Meeting on November 13, 2008.  Please make every effort to attend the meeting or if unable, please MAIL or Fax the enclosed proxy to:

Please remember, your 2008 and prior years assessment fees must be paid in full in order to be a candidate and/or vote in this election.
 
Each homeowner is entitled to one (1) ballot per property owned.  If there is more than one owner of a property, you must decide amongst yourselves for whom to vote.  If one of your neighbors did not receive this notice, please have them contact Sonya Bradley with Principal Management Group, at (713) 329-7100 ext. 5289.
